With an MBA from one of India’s top business schools and over seven years of experience in the corporate world, Soniya brings a disciplined, structured approach to wellness. Driven by her passion for healing and self-discovery, she transitioned into yoga, earning certification as a multi-style yoga instructor from one of the most prestigious yoga schools in Rishikesh, the global hub of yoga.
Soniya’s training encompasses diverse yoga styles, allowing her to tailor sessions that suit individual needs, whether for physical fitness, stress relief, or spiritual growth. Beyond yoga, she specializes in energy healing and guiding spiritual journeys, empowering her students to connect deeply with their inner selves and achieve holistic transformation.
Having trained and mentored over 100 students, Soniya has conducted numerous yoga retreats and workshops both offline and online across India and abroad. Her teaching philosophy centers on accessibility, inclusivity, and mindful practice—helping people of all ages and backgrounds experience the benefits of yoga and energy healing.
